Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product arrives in perfect condition but you wish to return it for any reason, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We will not provide a prepaid return label in this case.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns for Late Delivery

We do not accept returns or refunds for items that arrive later than expected for specific dates, such as birthdays or other personal events. While we strive to provide accurate estimated delivery times, delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Holiday Specific Items

We strive to provide timely delivery for all our products; however, please note that we do not guarantee delivery by specific dates, including birthdays, Christmas, or other holidays.

No Refunds for Missed Special Occasions: A request for a return or refund solely because an item did not arrive in time for a birthday, Christmas, or other personal events will not be considered a valid reason for return.

Standard Return Policy Applies: Customers may request a return or exchange for eligible items in accordance with our standard return policy. Eligibility requirements include:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within the specified return window.
